M2BL Pet Calendar Photo Contest

By submitting photos of your pet to Meant 2B Loved Pet Rescue Society, you give permission to display the photos on social media for voting purposes and, if chosen, to be included in the Rescue's 2024 calendar.

By clicking the checkbox, you are agreeing Meant 2B Loved Pet Rescue may use your photograph as set out above.

Privacy and data protection
We’ll make sure your photograph is kept safe and only used for the purposes in this form and in the competition Terms and Conditions with regard to the announcement of winners. You won’t be
named without your specific consent (if your photo is one of the 13 winners, you will be contacted directly before publishing your - or your pet's - name).

Any personal data submitted will be held securely and in accordance with all applicable Data Protection Law. Personal data supplied will only be used to process your entry and to keep you updated about the competition.

Copyright and intellectual property rights
You irrevocably agree that Meant 2B Loved Pet Rescue Society has the right to use the photograph as it reasonably requires for the purposes set out in this form. You shall not be entitled to any payment or royalty
now or in the future.

You shall retain copyright in your photograph. By signing this form you agree to grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and worldwide license to use your photograph as set out in this form and in the competition Terms and Conditions.

By agreeing to the contents of this form you agree that we may reproduce, enhance, publish,  your photograph for the purposes outlined above.

You confirm that your photography is your own original work and that it does not infringe the rights (including copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights) of any third parties.
