Tina’s Trust, an initiative of Meant 2B Loved Pet Rescue Society is dedicated to providing urgent medical care to animals facing life-threatening conditions. Inspired by Tina, a brave soul who survived against all odds, we are committed to ensuring that no Meant 2B Loved animal is denied the emergency treatment they need due to financial constraints.

When Tina came into Meant 2B Loved’s care in late December, she was in very rough shape, near death. She was emaciated and obviously very sick. The veterinarians at Tanglefoot Veterinary Clinic suspected she may have ingested a foreign body that would require surgery to remove. There was no one who could afford the cost of her care, so we took her into our custody and covered the cost of diagnostics. Turns out Tina had swallowed a towel and when she didn’t get better after it was removed, it was found that she had a corn cob lodged in her intestine, definitely a life-threatening situation.
