Operating in the Kimberley & Cranbrook, BC Canada area, our goal is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome unwanted, abandoned, abused, or stray domestic animals.
Meant 2B Loved Pet Rescue Society is a is 100% volunteer-operated non-profit domestic animal rescue. Our Cranbrook and Kimberley, BC based registered society was formed by four women, all from different backgrounds, with one thing in common: a desire to help animals. While the team has changed over the years, our commitment to animals in need has not.
We rely on monetary donations, donations of empty bottles, cans and milk containers, and our fundraising efforts.
The main focus of Meant 2B Loved Pet Rescue Society is to help domestic animals in Canada, primarily the East Kootenay, to find their forever homes. In the process of doing this we can ensure the animal is healthy and ready to enhance the life of its future human family.
Meant 2B Loved Pet Rescue Society’s unwavering mission is threefold: to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need, thereby fostering responsible pet ownership and championing animal welfare within our region. Additionally, Meant 2B Loved is committed to providing Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) services throughout the region, prioritizing areas where the need is most pressing.
