Dixon is very happy just chilling in the house or yard and enjoys the occasional 15 minute walk. Dixon’s age has brought on some knee issues, so long walks are out for this little guy.
This from Dixon’s foster mom:
“Dixon fit very well into our home and fell in love with our oldest son (18 yrs). They spend almost the whole day hanging out, chilling and playing. When Dixon finds his person he is very loyal and will go out of his way to be with them. Dixon is very sure of himself and will be protective of his people and territory. Dixon is a well behaved dog with his people, however he does not like strangers.”
Dixon DOES NOT like cats. He will continue to challenge them in his territory, which doesn’t usually go well for him…
Young children are not advised for Dixon.
Dixon aggressively barks at other dogs. So we don’t advise a home with other dogs.
Dixon will sit at the door to indicate his need to go outside.
Dixon will need dental work on his pearly whites. This appointment has been scheduled for the 31st of August and will be paid for by M2BL.
