Possum was discovered wandering in a rural area, and while we don’t know much about her past, it’s clear she’s ready to build a future full of love and snuggles.
This sweet girl adores people and isn’t shy about showing it. She’ll greet you with a charming stretch up your leg and a gentle leg hug, just to say, “I missed you!” Possum craves companionship and prefers not to be alone in a confined space—she’ll meow to let you know she’s ready for more company and cuddles.
She's is the perfect house panther. A tall slinky girl with a gorgeous shiny coat. She's confident, friendly, and openly shows her affection. She absolutely loves getting her cheeks rubbed and closes her eyes happily soaking in the love. She's very gentle, never using her claws during playtime with you.
Possum will love you, your guests, and anyone else she can get her paws on. Possum is a clingy girl, in the best way. She'll follow you around, always wants to be close, will happily chirp at you, and give your legs hugs.
When she's lonely, however, Possum can feel down. She would do best in a home with someone around more often than not, and would love another feline companion too. She's a curious, brave girl, and isn't bothered by loud noise and commotion. We're not sure if she's ever met dogs, but with proper introductions, we believe she could adjust to living with a respectful pup. She is a good communicator with other kitties.
And we can't forget how clever she is! When she first arrived in foster care, she opened a window just to be near the other cats.
Possum is estimated to be under a year old based on her size and dental health. She’s already spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and fully vaccinated—including her rabies and core vaccines.
