About Meant 2B Loved Pet Rescue

Our Mission Statement

To rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need, to help control the feral cat population, and to provide education to our communities.

Meant 2B Loved Pet Rescue Society is a 100% volunteer-operated non-profit domestic animal rescue. Our Cranbrook and Kimberley, BC based registered society was formed by four women, all from different backgrounds, with one common goal: a desire to help animals. While the team has changed over the years, our commitment to animals in need has not.

We rely on monetary donations, donations of empty bottles, cans and milk containers, and our fundraising efforts. Donations can be made via e-transfer to [email protected] or on our donate page.

Meant 2B Loved Pet Rescue knows there are plenty of dogs, cats, and other small animals needing homes in our region. For this reason, we have chosen to focus our limited funds and resources on local animals.
